Chocolate Sun Butter Protein Balls!

OK, peeps!  Everyone needs to stop what you are doing and make these delicious little bites of heaven!  Seriously, these are the best protein balls I have made yet and I can’t wait to share them with you.  So without further ado, here you go!

Ingredients:

1 scoop Arbonne Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

1 cup dates (take the pits out!)

1/3 cup Sun Butter (I use this kind)

2/3 cup gluten free oats (Trader Joe’s!)

2 tbsp Cacao Powder (Trader Joe’s!)

1-2 tsp Unrefined coconut oil (melted and drizzled in at the end) to bind together. Add a little at a time.

Directions:

Put all the ingredients except the coconut oil into a food processor.  Pulse together until it starts to pull together into a ball.  Drizzle in the coconut oil and pulse a few more times.  Scoop out 1 tbsp amount at a time, form into balls with your hands.  Put in the fridge to set up.  Boom!  Snack away!

These are great, nut free, treats to snack on when you need a little energy or a sweet treat that isn’t full of refined sugar.  Just vegan protein, complex carbs and healthy fats to fuel your day!
