Hi guys! Welcome to my first blog post EVER!!! This is where I will go ahead and say that I am not a health expert or a medical professional. Any and all recommendations or references to health advice is just my opinion and what works for me and other people that I know. So don’t get all weird on me, K? K! What I am is a full-time working mother of 3, an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International, a food lover, and a follower of a clean, paleo-ish, holistic lifestyle whenever possible. My idea of fun is yoga, CrossFit, Barre, walking outside, grocery shopping, eating, napping on couches and watching the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While I do try to be intentional about healthful, wholesome food choices and toxin free personal care and skincare, I do NOT allow it to stress me out because stress will only undo the healthy changes I’m trying to make to my life. This means the occasional gluten laced meal, alcoholic beverage (or two), week off of exercise or ice cream dinners (a summer time tradition, don’t judge).
